Smoked Salmon Dip

Smoked Salmon Dip Recipe
Servings:
6-8
Ingredients
- 1 box Whole Grain Crisps
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 large shallot
- Minced 8 ounces cream cheese
- Softened 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped dill
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 2 Tbsp. capers
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 6 oz. smoked salmon
Instructions
- Melt butter in a small saucepan
- Add shallots and sauté until soft, about 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile, use an electric mixer to whip cream cheese and yogurt.
- Add shallots, dill, lemon juice, zest and salt and pepper
- Fold in smoked salmon. Makes about 2 cups dip.
