Endive, Blue Cheese, Pears & Walnuts
Servings 2-3
Ingredients:- 12 Original Crisps
- 2 heads Belgian endive
- 1 very ripe red pear
- 4 ounces blue cheese
- ½ cup toasted walnut pieces
Directions:
Layer each crisp with a piece of endive, a piece of ripe pear, crumble of blue cheese and a few walnut pieces.
