Roasted Turkey With Cranberry & Spinach Recipe

  • 24 Whole Grain Crisps
  • 6 oz. roasted turkey thinly sliced
  • 24 baby spinach leaves
  • 2 oz. homemade or purchased whole-berry cranberry sauce or other tangy-sweet preserve or chutney
  • Orange zest, for garnish


  • Carefully place a baby spinach leaf on each crisp.
  • Top with a dollop of cranberry sauce and a little jumble of roasted turkey slices.
  • Garnish with orange zest, if desired.
  • Pop into your mouth at once and enjoy.
