Roasted Turkey With Cranberry & Spinach
- 24 Whole Grain Crisps
- 6 oz. roasted turkey, thinly sliced
- 24 baby spinach leaves
- 2 oz. homemade or purchased whole-berry cranberry sauce or other tangy-sweet preserve or chutney
- Orange zest, for garnish
Carefully place a baby spinach leaf on each crisp. Top with a dollop of cranberry sauce and a little jumble of roasted turkey slices. Garnish with orange zest, if desired. Pop into your mouth at once and enjoy.
