Cottage Cheese With Fresh Fruit
- 8 Whole Grain Crisps
- 1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
- Fresh fruit, such as blueberries, mango, strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, etc.
- Crunchy garnishes, such as sliced almonds, coconut flakes or pumpkin seeds
Place crisps on a plate. Top each with a dollop of cottage cheese and finish with a variety of fruit combos. A few easy ideas: blueberries with sliced almonds; diced strawberries and kiwis; sliced mango with coconut flakes; sliced nectarine or peach; pineapple and raspberry…experiment to discover your favorite combination!
