Servings: 6-8


  • 24 34° Toasted Onion Crisps
  • 6-8 small red potatoes
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar
  • ½ cup chopped cooked bacon
  • 2 Tbsp. minced chives


  • Steam or boil potatoes until tender and sliceable, about 15-20 minutes, depending on size.
  • Cool until touchable, thinly slice and layer on a cracker.
  • Top with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of cheddar, bacon and chives.


Pop under the broiler to melt the cheese, if desired.
