Cashew Butter With Fresh Pears
- 8 Whole Grain Crisps
- 1/2 cup cashew butter
- 1/2 fresh ripe pear
- Cinnamon, for garnish (optional)
Place crisps on a smooth, flat surface such as a cutting board or countertop. Gently spread each crisp with about 1 tsp. of cashew butter. Thinly slice the ripe pear and place one or two slices on top of each crisp. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired. Enjoy your fresh, healthy snack immediately.
This fresh, crunchy combo would be great with any number of variations — try almond or peanut butter instead, or top with crisp apple or sliced banana.
