Ingredients

• 34° Sweet Lemon Crisps
• Soft cheese, such as mascarpone
• Blueberries
• Lemon zest
• Mint

Directions
Top a Sweet Lemon Crisp with a dollop of mascarpone cheese. Place a few blueberries on top of the cheese. Finish with a zest of lemon and a sprig of mint. Take a bite, and enjoy!
