Peanut Butter With Chocolate Chips


Servings 1-2
Ingredients:
  • 8 Whole Grain Crisps
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • Handful of chocolate chips (white chocolate, butterscotch or peanut butter chips are also wonderful!)

Directions:
Place crisps on a smooth, flat surface such as a cutting board or countertop. Gently spread each crisp with about 1 tsp. of peanut butter. Use chips to create faces, initials, stars…use your imagination! Enjoy your fun snack immediately.

Tip:
Any nut butter would work perfectly in place of the peanut butter, and raisins make an even healthier alternative than chocolate chips!
