Grilled Corn Salsa

  • 1 box 34 Degrees Toasted Onion crisps
  • 3 ears grilled corn
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • 1/2 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Juice from 1/2 lime
  • Salt and pepper

Bring a pot of water to boil. Add corn, cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 10 minutes. Place corn on preheated grill and grill all sides. Cool. Cut corn from cobs and place in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss. Salt and pepper to taste. Spoon onto crisps. Makes about 3 cups salsa.
