Greek Yogurt With Fresh Berries & Mint
- 8 Original Crisps
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt (or your plain favorite yogurt variety)
- Fresh assorted berries, such as raspberries, blueberries, blackberries or strawberries (larger strawberries should be cut into small chunks)
- 3 or 4 leaves fresh mint, sliced
Place crisps in a single layer on a small plate. Gently dollop each crisp with a generous spoonful of yogurt. Top with fresh berries and sliced mint. Enjoy immediately with a restorative cup of tea!
Once you’ve topped the crisps with yogurt, be sure to enjoy immediately so the crisps don’t soften.
Mint, like all fresh herbs, should be sliced just before using, otherwise its beautiful green color will darken and much of its lovely fresh flavor will be lost.
