Fresh Mozzarella with Green Olive Tapenade

  • 24 Toasted Onion Crisps
  • 4 oz. fresh mozzarella, cut or torn into small cracker-size pieces
  • 2 oz. green olive tapenade
  • Cracked pepper
  • Fresh thyme, for garnish

Arrange crisps on a serving platter. Place a square of fresh mozzarella on each, then top with a tiny spoonful of olive tapenade. Finish with black pepper and a sprinkle of fresh herbs. Enjoy immediately!

Don’t overdo the tapenade in this recipe or you risk overwhelming the cheese. Just a small dollop of the sharp saltiness is perfect!
